This modern two bedroom, one bathroom apartment on Leisure Isle is very comfortable and perfect for the more mature person/s. The lounge and bedrooms are spacious and the bathroom has a shower and bath. There is a kitchenette and laundry is off site. There is space for one car to park at the apartment but further space is available on the park across the road.
Should just one person be occupying the house the rental and electrical charges are reduced.
The owners of the property live in the main house but there is a separate entrance and small garden for the tenant’s use.
