The house has a beautiful kitchen with separate scullery housing a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. This leads onto an open plan dining area and French doors lead to a beautiful outside area with a pool, plenty of seating and a braai perfect for entertaining. Meer steps from the house is a small gate leading to the house’s own private mooring so you are able to bring your boat if you have one. The lounge has a large smart TV, wood fire place and very comfortable seating.
The house has two bedrooms, a queen and a double bedroom, both of which are en suite. The first bedroom has an air conditioning unit, a smart TV, a dressing room and a gorgeous large bathroom with bath and shower, with a separate toilet. Two French doors over-look the garden and a large pool. The second bedroom also has a small patio and overlooks the garden with and en suite shower.
There is DSTV and WiFi available but for the tenant’s cost. Electricity, water and refuse are also for the tenant’s account over and above the rental.
Please note, due to the pool and stairs leading to the bedrooms, this house is not suitable for young children. Adjoining the house is a cottage which the owner may from time to time occupy for short periods.
