This beautifully situated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom wooden, elevated house is situated between forest and dune with beach access of just a two minute walk. In a securely gated complex, the house has forest and mountain views as well as a beautiful outdoor braai area and garden with an outdoor shower. An open plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen with a modern dining counter seating 5 offers a very comfortable living area. Both bedrooms are en-suite, one double bedroom, and one single which could be utilised as a study. This room also has the flu from the downstairs unit running through providing gorgeous warmth during the colder months. The double en-suite has a bath and shower whilst the second bedroom has an en-suite shower also accessible from the main living area for guests. Situated 14km from Plettenberg Bay central, the complex has a communal swimming pool ideal for families with children, though the rental is not suitable for children under the age of 2. The complex also includes night watchmen and the nearby beach is beautiful and quiet, stretching from horizon to horizon as well as offering excellent fishing. There is a permanent tenant in the bottom unit of the house. This is entirely separate to the two bedroom unit and privacy is still maintained. There is one covered car port though the potential for parking two cars is available. There is a smart TV that has DSTV and Netflix available. Tenants are also welcome to bring their DSTV decoders if they wish. The oven is a Defy electric oven with gas stove and there is a solar geyser. Linen is not included for long term rentals
